Throughout this book, I refer to God as “He.” I do not believe God has a specific gender; I view God as the essence of everlasting love. A supreme force one can connect with deep within the soul and our fleshy shrines. The “He” reference is associated with God’s masculine, Christian-based concepts (The Father and Jesus, the Son), which surrounded me during my childhood.

The words within this autobiographical tale recount my spiritual awakening, meaning my shift in consciousness. This shift allowed me to connect with the realm of love and peace. I provide educational information to benefit readers as they progress on their soul growth journeys. During my experiences, I had very few resources to turn to or teachers to guide me through my painful transition. I had to piece things together gradually to clarify why the sudden changes began happening to me. I do NOT want anyone going through similar experiences to feel as lost and perplexed as I did. That is the reason I wrote this book. I want others to benefit from my spiritual pilgrimage and know they are not alone. I share what I found during my research, how my skills aided me, and include tips to help people navigate through challenging moments.

Fortunately, the spiritual world supported my quest to “connect with my inner God” as I experienced an unplanned kundalini awakening. The spirit of Carl Jung, the founder of analytical psychology, visited me twice to help me understand an individuation process. I learned how the ego is responsible for keeping us tied to fear. This fear is what prevents one from progressing on a spiritual journey. When one can conquer the fear component of the mind and work through the stages of individuation, it leads us to our inner God connection and our true authentic self.

A crucial component within a spiritual journey, which allows one to “be one with God” when the individuation process is complete, is balancing one’s masculine and feminine aspects of the psyche. Unprepared for all that would happen to me, I share how kundalini energy and balancing my personality’s masculine and feminine elements catapulted me into a twin flame consciousness situation. Or a label I prefer to address the phenomena as: “a Soul Advancement Partnership. (SAP)”
Tapping into twin flame consciousness led me to a position I knew nothing about, let alone fathom existed. The melding of masculine and feminine energy between two individuals (within a single person’s body) for emotional and intimate healing (with the “Great Divine” sharing space within the union as well) was inconceivable to me before I experienced it.

I intend to share my personal story to expand awareness regarding “God-consciousness” and twin flame unions (SAPs). I wish to educate others on how important it is to conquer our ego-driven fears because doing so allows us to connect with the higher realms of consciousness. Living a more conscious lifestyle will enable one to connect to a life path filled with peace and unconditional love for oneself and others. Along with this inner peace comes the understanding we are all connected; we are all one in the end. If one person is suffering, we all suffer from the ripple effects.

Within my story, I incorporate channeled poems and supernatural experiences I endured. (Please note: I changed many people’s names to protect the identity of those directly involved in my story out of respect.) The channeled poems flowed out of my mind as metaphysical interactions, allowing me to connect with higher dimensions. The rhyming words are significant because they were transmitted through my higher self rather than my earth-linked, ego-driven thoughts.

The poetry and supernatural events challenged the medical community’s thinking regarding God and spirituality. Most people will not understand how enormous the task of dealing with the medical community’s skeptical nature became. No one could prepare me for convincing others that I could access higher levels of consciousness. Thankfully, I did not give up and kept moving forward.

We are all given a chance to make a difference in this world. Sometimes, people try to bring you down or break your spirit during your unique journey. If you know 100% in your heart you are internally supported (by your higher self) with your thoughts and actions, please stay true to what you stand for and who you are. I want my story to inspire you to remain fierce, brave, and diligent during your growth challenges.

My main goal is to help readers connect with their souls by educating them about the spiritual process leading to God-consciousness. I believe God is NOT a separate entity from us as individuals; God is an essence we connect with while raising our awareness as we shift through different consciousness levels.

Connecting with the Divine is attainable. His essence is accurate and accessible. Through our elusive life experiences, we aim to veer away from ego-driven choices. Ego-based thoughts lead us to a fear-based existence. With fewer ego-based ideas, we can more easily relate to love. Connecting with love-based viewpoints is how the “heavenly door” opens, thus, allowing a relationship with the Divine to begin.

Every individual is at a different level of understanding for discovering who they are at their core. I share the basics and progress deeper to provide a reference guide to help others on a spiritual quest adjust more smoothly through the transition.

Transformations happen differently for every person going through a spiritual awakening and can be slow. At moments you may question your sanity. You will likely experience moments of doubt, sadness, and fear. But as your level of awareness evolves, the negative thoughts will turn positive. Fear will dissipate. Acceptance and satisfaction for all the twists and turns life offers will eventually fill your thoughts with love and understanding. It is a process meant to correct your life’s wrongs, so I’ve learned to embrace each moment and enjoy the ride. I hope you can do the same as well.
